Women in Tech Networking Night is a regular gathering for women working in technology roles across the region - engineers, designers, product managers, data scientists, and technical leaders. The goal is simple: build real connections in a room where you are not the only woman.

Programme

The evening opens with a 45-minute panel discussion. This edition's theme: "Negotiating your worth - salary, title, and scope in a market that still has a gender pay gap." The panelists have navigated this from both sides of the hiring table.

After the panel, we run 25 rounds of five-minute speed networking. You will meet most of the room in under two hours. A curated list of open roles at companies with strong diversity track records is distributed to all attendees.

The last hour is unstructured - food, drinks, and whatever conversations you want to have.

Who is welcome

All women working in or transitioning into technology. Allies who want to show up quietly and listen are also welcome; we ask that you let the women in the room lead the conversations.
